Requirements
What will your responsibilities be?

Support the People Team and be responsible for the full recruitment process of junior roles and internships, posting and handling offers and websites, sourcing candidates and CV screening, and over the phone and face-to-face interviews with managers.

Develop and manage Factorial’s talent pool: follow-.up and ensure positive candidate experience.

Headhunting: you will learn the most effective ways of sourcing talent actively and placing them in Factorial.

Employer Branding via job fairs, newsletter and LinkedIn.

Support the People team in other tasks.

Who are you?

You can sign an internship agreement with a School or University for at least 6 months.
You are available full-time.
You speak both English and Spanish. Another European language is a plus.
You enjoy networking and have strong communication skills.
You are driven, organized and like to take initiative.
